In light of Mental Health Awareness Month, Beyond Grey hosted a fundraising event at Kamps Fit in South Miami. The event began with a 50 min HIIT workout lead by trainer Amber Roach, followed by community building and shopping in the lobby.
With over 30 attendees, 2 sponsors (Live Owyn + AMP Mental Health), and 2 local small businesses' (Babes Haven + Swim in G), we were able to raise money to go toward our mental & physical fitness programs for the underserved women, men, and children in Miami, FL. Our new program launches November 2022.
