MDC Kendall Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Session

As we prepared for Give Miami Day 2024, we were excited to partner with Miami-Dade College Kendall to offer a mini yoga and mindfulness meditation session to students involved in Student Government and the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with local college students, share the importance of mental and physical well-being, and raise awareness about our therapy programs for college students and half-marathon sponsorships. We had a great time spreading the word and engaging with such an inspiring group!
