What we do
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being of college students. We provide accessible, high-quality therapy services to support students' mental health and academic success.
Additionally, our organization sponsors first-time half marathoners, encouraging them to take on new challenges and achieve personal milestones.
Through our dual focus on mental health and physical fitness, we aim to foster resilience, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment among young adults.

+ thanks to our generous donors, we have impacted over 500 recipients through our mental & physical health programs.
