I think a lot of people are like me - they know they need a change they just don't know how to approach it so they delay it and then feel lost. Having someone guide you and having a support system helps get that jumping off point going.

My experience as a coach for the Beyond Grey program has been nothing less than colorful! Bianca has such a big heart and has so much clarity in the quality programs that she wants to offer the community.
It truly has been a joy and an honor to guide live journaling sessions, a 6-week program providing and teaching healing tools, and even guiding a vision board experience for the women at Lotus House.
I am so grateful for having the opportunity to be part of such a mindful community and program like Beyond Grey.
